There’s been nothing wrong with the server though. You may have connection issues – but commenting is slow.

I posted a comment with only the word ‘Testing’in it. I got an error saying it was too short, so I hit the ‘Back’ button, at 20:08. Nothing had happened by 20:13, so I tried to reload the main page and try again from there. Gave that 5mins, and got nothing.
Shut down Firefox, started up IE7, and it was looking good for a bit. Then I tried to post this, and got the Cookies/Java error.
Posting this at 20:31. (But ‘copying’ it first this time, just in case.)
It worked!
Just thought that I’d mention that the attempts with Firefox never ‘timed-out’.
Although both were for a full 5mins they continued to report as ‘loading’. A bit odd.
Back in Firefox now at 20:35.

I’m reporting a problem JC, in as much detail as possible in an effort to have it resolved. I’m not the only one who’s had intermittent problems recently.
I’ve been having problems too, commenting and loading.
