I think yiz are all off the mark, he’s just what we all need in these dark days. Showing up the country for what it is. Small minded, petty, bigoted place ruled by greedy,selfish, indifferent, incompetents. He’s only taking the piss out of whats already there..

I know these are old comments about McSavage that I stumbled upon, but the comments do not do the man justice. His comedy is incredible, his observations are probably a little too intelligent for many people to understand, many probably prefering the more basic, inane, yelling of the like od Des Bihsop or the equally moronic Tommy Tiernan. I saw McSavage on stage and I pissed myself laughing throughout the entire gig – my only complaint, but does not apply to me, is, his comedy onsatge is geared towards the Southside, so mainly only Southsiders like myself truely get the irony. I met him after the gig, I was trying to promote my blog PSYCHO–THERAPYMAGAZINE, and I fouond him charming and very humble. Sav tells it the way it is, no matter how hard a lot of his material is to stomach, it is brilliant. Of note, the man suffers from a BiPolar related illness, so cut him some slack, he is quite insane, but very honest. He has never used those douchebags in his family connections, quite the opposite in fact as he rails against their cloistered, faulse, safe little nest of lies. The man has done it all on his own without any help. Read some biogs of him on the net,and one will see he is a genius that should be admired for his honesty and balls and ridiculed. Later: Julian. McSavage has a man with no fear, no tact, no future. It’s a pity, because he can be very funny. He has problems controlling his anger, that’s all.
