What happened to the EU directive that they ( her & her husband) had to seek asylum in the first country in the EU they landed in, surely we could prove they were in France or Spain or somewhere else first and send them back there.

Bit of catch 22 here. If the hospital let the woman die (which was her wish it appears) then there would have been an outcry from certain members of the public. They give her a transfusion to save her life and there’s outcry from certain members of the public. I don’t normally make a case for the HSE but in this instance they were damned if they did and damned if they didn’t.

Her cult made a weak interpretation of the bible in 1945 regarding the eating of “blood”. This cult would rather see the child motherless which is fucking stupid. Unfortunately she has the rule of law on her side with relation to her human rights. From my perspective I cannot argue my belief in Euthanasia without feeling she had the right to refuse treatment.
However, no-one should have the right to sue someone for saving a life, that is mental.She should be deported after the case.
