A report in today’s Sunday Independent about Irish artists being played on the radio says:
Critics believe that lack of airplay is the reason why albums by Dolores O’Riordan and Andrea Corr bombed.
Ahh, and here’s me thinking it was because they were shit.

Would that NIs SNOW PATROL — world’s most over-played band — was down to 29 times, and moving lower.

So cos some twat released an album and because they are famous and have had success in the past it should have sold well? maybe it was Global warming or that Ms Corr failed to get her tits out for the lads.Stop playing the Irish sympathy card and bring out better songs I say.

Ahhh, Dolores Cranberry bombing in the charts. Sweet joy. No doubt she can add a paragraph about it for her annual “Life was just hell touring” whine fest in the irish independant Saturday magazine……There’s been at least three identical ones published so far.
It must be tough alright being so minted and yet such a frikkin’ misery guts. Maybe she should bond with Brian Wilson.
