Beverly Cooper-Flynn and RTE

“I come from a Fianna Fail background, my political philosophy has always been Fianna Fail and the reality is, I would love indeed to be back within the Fianna Fail party”
She’s certainly got the pedigree, doesn’t she? Financial irregularities, a singular lack of responsibility for her own actions and a reputation as stained as a YMCA mattress.
And RTE letting her away with less than half of what she owes them. Will the TV licence inspector accept half the licence fee next time he comes knocking on my door?
Horrendous cunts. All of them.

This week’s tutorial:
How to get a Fianna Failer to respond to a tax bill or a direct question.
Next week’s tutorial:
How to nail jelly to the fucking ceiling.

Rock the vote? F**k the vote!

How the fuck are RTE getting away with this?
If they offer up Pat Kenny as a sacrifice and burn him at the stake live on RTE 1, I’ll consider forgiving them.

We let this stuff happen in front of our eyes, time and time again. It is presented to us, as if it is perfectly acceptable to be crooked in Ireland. Right in front of our noses….because nobody will stand up and shout. The country is in need of a revolutionary. Simple as that. A hero, if you will.

This whole (hole) country (cuntry) stinks to hell. A shower of lying, thieving bastards get re-elected for a 3rd term by a stupid, idiotic electorate and then one of there ilk gets off with only paying half her debt to a semi state organisation and the tax payer is left to foot the remainder of the bill…..again.
John Gormally (on Newstalk yesterday evening), and the rest of his fucking hippy wanker friends in the greens, have very quickly changed there tune and are not making an issue of this. She will, more than likely, be a Fianna Failer in a matter of months and will get a junior ministry and they will not raise a peep. Those fucking greens, snivelling bunch of cunts the lot of them.

her da appeared on the Late Late laughing at us wage slaves, rubbing our nose in the fact that he was minted.
what do we do to teach him a lesson?
we elect his daughter!
this whole country is rotten from top to bottom.
what will we do about it?
nothing!
everyone knows what needs to be done,
but no-one does fuck all
why?
June 26th, 2007 at 12:35 pm

What else could RTE do?
They were never going to get the full amount.
June 26th, 2007 at 12:39 pm
8
Why can’t they get the full amount, Peadar ? Where did she pull the million she did pay from ? From under the mattress is it. Or from her multi millionaire propery developer partner ? Property developer…interesting. Those propery developers are handy men to have around.
Bollox.

If she’d been declared bankrupt they’d have got fuck all
June 26th, 2007 at 12:58 pm
10
These things happen because no one in Dublin has the balls or interest to actually protest about it.
On the continent and even in England, citizens tell their rulers that somethings not ok by going out and protesting.
That never happens here. Ok rossport maybe. but generally people shrug their shoulders and continue on their miserable cowardly lives.
If she’d been declared bankrupt don’t they take everything you own, and then demand any money you do get in the future until you paid your debt?
I suppose they’re afraid of the Gardai beating them up
- Cowards!!

Bankruptcy is a legal status that usually lasts for a year and can be a way of clearing debts you can’t pay. When you’re bankrupt, your non-essential assets (property and possessions) and excess income are used to pay off your creditors (those you owe money to). At the end of the bankruptcy period, most debts are ‘discharged’ (cancelled).

“If she’d been declared bankrupt they’d have got fuck all”
Just the satisfaction of putting the troll out of business and possibly prompting a couple of the gombeens who voted for a corrupt, near bankrupt enabler of tax evaders to cop on.
June 26th, 2007 at 1:28 pm
13
thats not RTE’s responsibility.
They needed to get paid as much as possible of what was owed to them and thats what they did
June 26th, 2007 at 1:31 pm
14
If she had been declared bankrupt she would have had to give up her seat in the Dail. At least that would have been a slight penance for her to pay for being the arrogant cunt son of a bitch that she is.
As it is she is going to be rewarded for being the cunt son of a bitch that she is by being invited back into the Fianna Fail fold and given a junior ministry. This is fucked up.
I tell you one thing though, if I were a Fianna Fail backbencher I would not be best pleased and would be looking for any opportunity to stick the knife right between her shoulder blades.
June 26th, 2007 at 1:34 pm
15
I know and in fairness the job of getting rid of crooks from irish politics is the responsibility of the people…nuff said
June 26th, 2007 at 1:35 pm
16
I’m sorry to correct you there Niall, but I’m sure I can remember when I was younger, the thousands of brave Irishmen and women taking to the streets to protest against the right to divorce, the right to contraception, and pretty much anything else that would drag us out of the papist dark ages and into the twentieth century.
June 26th, 2007 at 1:36 pm
17
Amazing how she decided to halt her campaign to have the legislation altered to allow bankrupts to be elected representatives, just when she got to agree her half-price settlement with RTE, who are ultimately governed by FF.
What happened to the good old days when you got chucked in the slammer for not paying your bills? Oh right yeah, forgot that part about being a member of the hoi-poloi that gives a range of exemptions within the Banana Republic that would make an African dictator reach for his Book of Ethics.
What we need is someone who gives a fuck.
June 26th, 2007 at 1:41 pm
18
Ah yes Lung, dragging us out of the dark ages and into the far better lit 21st Century where we can see the abuse of power far more clearly ….
June 26th, 2007 at 1:43 pm

What about her own legal bills? How much were they and has she paid them off too?
Dail election is like a free ‘get out of jail’ card in this country.

Niall,
100,00 people protested in December 2005 against Irish Ferries outsourcing it’s labour.
They still went ahead and did it.
People are not afraid to protest
it just doesnt matter to the politicians and the rich.
they have to be hit where it hurts ,in the pocket
by not re-electing the cunts and refusing to spend money with crooked business.
The whole country needs to do it not just Dublin

By the way Why were none of the banks charged with a crime after all she only worked for them it was their company policy to offer off shore accounts. She lost a libel case not a criminal case against her.
Anyway she was elected by boggers form Mayo who also elected Enda so dont be too hard on them they have problems.
Finally if you dont like what you get served stop fucking ordering it, change restaurant or kill the chef but dont keep going on about how bad it is. Jesus christ its not as if you dont get asked every five years. How many of the people complaining now went out and canvassed for someone different during the election. Answer probably none and you wonder why thigs dont change ???? Democracy requires effort!

Ireland is horrible. That’s why I don’t live there any more.
June 26th, 2007 at 2:28 pm

I’m glad to hear that people protested against Irish ferries, but its the government thats mind needs changing. Businesses don’t have to do dick if they aren’t pressured. So take those 10,000 and apply some fucking pressure.
Lung: I do realise the I was a little quick with the tar brush but the old days seem a bit more revolutionary, and the issues a hell of a lot more important. I’m glad they did protest.
Some of that outrage is needed today.
Fighting against government corruption is something that has to be done out on the streets where the message is clear as day.
And it needs to be well supported. It wouldn’t be heeded. Just look at France or Greece, they protest about everything and can actually get their way too.

‘Ireland is horrible. That’s why I don’t live there any more.’
Fuck off ya cunt, its a better place since you left

Farcical.
Voters around the country en-masse allowing flagrant, unapologetically corrupt politicians to induce a never ending series of paper cuts whilst simultaneously rolling them over in the sand.
There must be some sort of mind control going on for people to collectively be so stupid. Either that or they let it go because secretly they yearn to be “up there” with these tossers, sharing in the trough.
June 26th, 2007 at 3:34 pm
27
So most peole commenting on this site believe that the vast majority of FF are corrupt.
Personally I don’t buy it.
And theres something really up your own arse about the opinion that the people who voted FF (I’m not sure, was it around 40%?) are all stupid

Peadar,
It would be great to say that Ireland is the cackhole of Europe and nowhere else would you find this kind of gombeen-based electioneering etc.
It is a load of bollocks, you have nutjob (twins!!) running Poland who threaten Germany about their losses in WWII (not letting go - sound familiar anyone?), Italians being honest about not letting foreign companies buy up their banks for fear that someone will see that accounting is not quite a business standard, the French buring anything they dont like, Spanish telling everyone lies while trying to make a deal with anyone at the same time, and the Tory Party still rule in the UK.
It’s always the quiet ones you should watch out for…

Twenty, you should do a piece on how our country is actually run by lazy bastard civil servants who actually do fuck all in terms of work and go home at 11am most days, take fucking months to make silly decisions, like allowing a bus to use the tunnell and generally screw the country with their inertness, unless of course your a civil servant yourself,in which case I was only joking.
June 27th, 2007 at 2:14 am

If they bankrupted her she would loose her seat

Molson 12 pack and Friends Like These, both of you can go and get yourselves fucked. You the worst pair of fucking wankers going. Your lazy, miserable pricks who fucked off even though you didnt have to.
Fair enough that people had to leave when times were tough and there was no work to be had but you pair of wankers obviously buggered off for purely selfish reasons. Nothing wrong with that in itself but when you combine that with the fact that you now take the time to come onto this site and bitch about a country that you didnt bother to stay in to help impove because your to fucking selfish then that really grates.
I hope your both deported from, Canada I presume for Molson and well where ever for the other prick, back to Ireland and you live out your miserable fucking lives living in a council estate in Limerick.
