Judges are cunts part 917

Posted on | March 14, 2007 | 29 Comments

Man holds three kilos of cocaine in his house – jailed for 8 years.

Alcoholic assualts man while in his cups – jailed for 3 years.

Man starves dog to death by locking it in a shed for a month – 180 hours community service.

Man breaks into house and rapes woman in her own bed while her three children are asleep in the next room – 3 year suspended sentence and woman is forced to travel home on same train as rapist.

If it wasn’t so tediously believable it’d be unbelievable.

Update: Sweary has comment.

Twenty I have just read that story and I am lost for words. What the Fuck is going on In Ireland? He was convicted and the fucking Judge thinks its ok for him to go free saying it was out of Character? My God man you are a disgrace?
Whats worse is the “The office of the DPP said yesterday that it did not comment on individual cases.”
Well someone should start commenting.Because if there is any justification for this we should know now and not just believe the judiciary in Ireland are complete fucking morons.

I am not sure if it is good or so sad to hear that the judiciaries over there in the First World are getting it as screwed up as us here in places like South Africa.

Send the guy over here. One month in a South African jail & his death sentence for foolish sexual acts might rather be metered out by the uncaring HIV Judge.

Don’t you know that society (i.e. all of us) is to blame not the criminal?

It’s the stupid, poxy judge guffawing when he heard people in the gallery objecting amongst themselves at his idiocy that really gets me. What a stupid cunting, out-of-touch, wig wearing, let-the-sex-offender-back-on-the streets-to-do-it-again-and-then-well-consider-sending-him-to-jail arsehole he must be. Why can’t he be given a P45 by Michael McDribble for shite-ness at his jobness?
There is often a thin line between the law and justice but this my friends really, really takes the biscuit. A whole christmas USA festive selection box of biscuits.
    I don’t know. I despair sometimes.

That bastard has recieved no punishment for his crime.
Someone will probably end up taking the law into their own hands. The bastard has to pay somehow.

And as for the judge, may some pervert sneak into his house and fuck him up the arse.

No one will report rapes anymore, and people will take the law into their own hands from now on.

I hope someone castrates the bastard!!

Sounds to me as if the judges in Ireland are being trained in Vermont, U.S.A., where release sexual deviates back into the population, even child rapists and molesters. Liberalism at its best.

As I mentioned on Swearing Lady’s post, I’d really like a detailed explanation of the Judge’s reasoning. Its utterly bizzare.

I think the only explanation for their reluctance to dish out harsh sentences for sex crimes is that they’re all rapist and child molesters and are trying to set precedent in case they ever get themselves.

Fucking state judicial system. Instead of punishing the deserving, it pats them on the back and says ‘well done’.

email the minister complaining about the ridiculous sentences handed out to scumbags who sexually assault women and children – that’s what i’ve done. i know that fucknuts mcdowell probably won’t pay much attention, but if enough people email – especially coming up to election time – something might be done. mcdowell is (theoretically) accountable to the dail for the performance of the judicial system and so its his fault that these cunts are not being put behind bars forever. idealistic, i know, but this sort of shit just can’t go on. cunt features contact details below

Just saw Outlaw, isn’t really the answer.

Can’t we export those rapist to less friendly places? Brazil and Thailand have lovely prisons.
Or even better yet, in exchange for landing rights for US prison planes on Shannon shove in some extra people?

I would prefer to see branding re-introduced. A big P for pervert over the right eye would let everyone know who’s who.
I would also propose branding the judge. Maybe a tasteful L for Loser?

Excellent suggestion Daniel, Brazil has some really great prisons. I know this because I drove by 4 of them this afternoon enroute to Sao Paulo airport. I would highly recommend them for child molesters, because they look like absolute shitholes. On a “brighter” note, Florida has sentenced the cunt who killed 9 year old Jessica Lunsford to death. For those of you that do not know, this was one of the most disturbing cases that I have ever heard. This is one of the few areas where I kinda like the idea of the death penalty that we have in the US. Adios.

That’s fucking lefties for you, next you’ll have the victims getting the jail sentances for encouraging these poor, misunderstood criminals to commit their crimes in the first place. Justice, my arse!

This is another example of how the Irish justice system is failing the Irish people. How a man (and I use the term loosely) can break into a vunerable woman’s home, subject her to the awful crime of rape, force her to go through a trial reliving the details of that night and her life in front of media, friends and family and then walk off free shows how the bleeding heart liberalists have influenced the justice system to the point where we are more concerned about the criminals that the victims. What has Adam Keane learned from his trail. Has he been rehabilitated. Is he no longer a threat to society and free from risk to other women. Certainly not if his defence of being “off me head on drink and drugs” is to beleived. Is it not likely he will be on a major bender this weekend or next weekend. Has justice been done for this brave woman, are we protected from perverted scum like this Keane. I agree with the poster above, write to the justice department., Let them know that we the Irish people cannot accept a justice system that treats victims with contempt and protects the criminal…Perhaps then we can effect change…..

I don’t know what the reasoning behind giving this animal a suspended sentence was but really..he broke into her home and assaulted her while her three children were in bed in another room(heaven knows what he would have done to them had they woken up).The woman is deaf and no special arrangements were made for her (thousands of people in Ireland can sign)to hear the court proceedings. This is justice?..
A letter to the editor of the Irish Times today simply says ‘Madam, I am in contempt of court’..me too.

have you missed the point that this particular rapist does not have to go to jail anywhere?

Patriarchal judicial systems allow cunts to protect cunts – actually I think cunt is too good a word for the likes of them.

    What I e-mailed:

    Minister,

I am writing to you to express how utterly appalled and shocked I am by the sentence handed down to Adam Keane, the rapist, by another of Irelands out-of-touch with reality judges. A drug dealer can get 10 years for dealing what people already want to buy from him, but a rapist, who is a repeat offender ( do some research) gets community service for the most heinous crime against women, and the DPP says he will not comment on individual cases??! Well, he better start commenting because Irelands judicial system is a joke and if you would like the return of the vigilante gang, you are going the right way. This rapist will get justice, as you can be sure there are people out there who won’t let him get away with this, even if the courts do. Is this the direction you want things to head in Ireland, because it certainly would seem so?

The rapist has not been rehabilitated. He has not learned anything other than in Ireland, you’re allowed rape a woman in her own home and get away with it. You should be deeply ashamed that you preside over such a rotten system. It defies any kind of common sense that this is allowed to go on in what considers itself to be a democratic country. How you can hold your head up until the sentence is thrown out and a suitable sentence handed down by a competent judge with some semblence of proper order, is just unbelievable
