I think that charging an extra 30 Euro for the exact same modem is complete robbery. It won't help - my friend bought their broadband package and has been offline for seven months. Before that she had BT, whose connection failed. Guess what? BT only accept cancellations and customer comments via email - otherwise they go on debiting your a/c. So she switched - to ntl. Much safer. No service, no bills! Sure what more could you want!
